Banana Bread Laurence

Ingredients

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 mashed bananas
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 c flour
1 Tbs orange zest

Instructions

Oven 375 deg F.

Mix ingredients in order.

Bake for 40 mins or until knife comes out clean.
